Each volume is an 8-page accordion fold booklet, 4.25x5.5 inches, with 6 categories of creative prompts for musicians. All 3 volumes come in a paper envelope, shipped in a stiff cardboard envelope. (Dice are not included.)

Inspired by Oblique Strategies, a set of cards created by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt in 1975. This collection of prompts offers loose suggestions to musicians looking for inspiration or direction.

These triggers are designed to inspire unlikely ideas and weird directions. They’re best used working within defined constraints begging to be bent or broken. Interpretation is up to you.

HOW TO USE IT:

Roll a 6-sided die (d6) and a 20-sided die (d20).
The d6 chooses a category.
The d20 picks the numbered prompt.
Let the prompt guide your imagination to creative solutions.
If it doesn’t grab you then roll again!
